The MyStrengths Exit Evaluation provides wellbeing insights for hundreds of Schools. These are the categories
Schools, organisations and government agencies want data that provides insight into teen wellbeing trends. When organisations engage MyStrengths, they gain access to their own Reporting Dashboard which outlines the strength profiles of every students, but also provides a wellbeing profile as each student completes the “exit evaluation”. The exit evaluation asks students to measure the key outcomes for the program, and 10 key wellbeing insights.
These are the Exit Evaluation questions:
AREA 1: How did discovering strengths help you.
1. How accurate did you find your ‘Top 5 strengths’ results to be?
2. Did the program help you grow in your self esteem and confidence?
3. Do you feel like you understand other people better by learning about different personalities and strengths?
How well did discovering strengths help with your mental health?
AREA 2: Your stresses and worries
4. When you have stress, what might be the contributing factors? (you can select more than one)
5. What are the kinds of things you worry most about? (you can select more than one)
AREA 3: Tech and social media
6. How does social media (including YouTube, Snapchat and TikTok) affect your life and relationships? (you can select more than one)
7. How often would you use social media (and online platforms like YouTube, Snapchat and TikTok)?
8. What are the main reasons you use social media (incl. YouTube, Snapchat and TikTok)? (you can select more than one)
AREA 4: Sleep and rest
9. What would be the usual time you go to bed?
10. During the 1hr before bed, what would be the usual activity you do?
